Our Mission
Welcome to the House of Sheikh Bethio Thioune; We are the "Thiantakones" (the Thanksgivers, the Grateful):
And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.'" (Ibrahim [14]: 7)
Our mission is to spread the teachings of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba particularly the way of the "THIANT" (Action of gratitude and thanksgiving). We believe in the power of faith and strive to create a community that fosters spiritual growth.
Our Values
As murid and thiantakones, we value our submission to Allah and our Gratitude for His Compassion and Mercy to Mankind. We follow the teachings of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba Mbacke - Khadim Rassul. We give thanks by sharing food with all of mankind without exception.
